Food Pantry Hours
Food pantry is open weekly on Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Located at 50 E. Oak Street
Residents of Addison Township can receive food on a monthly basis. For example: if you received food from our pantry on September 2, you are not eligible for food from our pantry again until September 30. Food is always available for any Emergency Assistance client or needy family that requires our help.

- Township Office closed on Monday, September 6 in observance of Labor Day.
- Regular Township Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 P.M. All meetings are held at the Township Office at 401 N. Addison Rd., Addison, IL.
- Seniors can get a free blood pressure test on Tuesday, September 14. Our Senior Services Coordinator, along with a certified RN will be at the Addison Park District from 10:00 A.M. until Noon to check your blood pressure.
- BINGO! Join us on Thursday, September 23 to play Bingo. Addison Township invites anyone 55 or older to spend an afternoon enjoying a fun-filled day. The doors open at Noon. Call and let us know if you would like to attend at (630) 530-8161.
- Seniors can get their RTA pass at Addison Township Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We will require a valid I.D. The cost for the pass is $3.00 (this is to defray our costs for film).
- Prairie State Legal Services, Inc. provides FREE legal services to low income persons and persons aged 60+. For more information, please visit their website www.pslegal.org.
- REMINDER … in order to serve you better, please call to schedule an appointment with our Human Services or Senior Services departments. · Again this year Addison Township will sponsor the Flu Clinic in our gym.

Influenza shots will cost $30.00 for non-Medicare participants and Pneumonia shots will cost $50.00 for non-Medicare participants; Free to Medicare Part B participants. Appointments are required.
