Addison Township Transportation Program
If you are a senior citizen or disabled and need transportation in and around Addison Township our friendly, clean and ADA accessible vans are available between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. for a fare of $3.00 one-way.
Service is also available to Alexian Brothers Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital and Clinic, Glen Oaks Hospital and Stratford Square Mall.

Please note that reservations are accepted up to one week in advance. All reservations are on a first come, first served, basis. Also, one day (24 hours) advance notice will be honored IF space and scheduling are available.
